In Interview Coordinator a “Campaign” is a complete record of all the components and historical activity which happen within the recruitment process for a specific vacancy.
A full Campaign record consists of 2 “Pages” each with a series of “tabs” (or “sub-sections”). Each page and tab will display a specific set of information associated with the recruitment campaign.
Page 1 is called – Campaign Details
The tabs (sub-sections) on the Campaign Details page are :
- Campaign Details – this sub-section acts as a menu system to access other campaign sub-sections located on the Extended Properties page.
- Campaign Contributors – a list of the people who will contribute to making the hiring decision for the campaign
- Campaign Documents – a list of the documents associated with the campaign
- Interview Questions – a list of the questions posed to candidates at the various stages of the recruitment campaign
- Campaign Candidates – a list of the candidates being considered for the vacancy
Page 2 is called – Campaign Extended Properties
The tabs (sub-sections) on the Campaign Extended Properties page are :
- Campaign Summary – a series of data fields which create a summary or overview of the campaign
- Campaign Extended Properties – further details and information about the vacancy
- Campaign Ad Content – where an advertisement is used attract candidates to apply for the vacancy this sub-section is used to store the advert copy
- Campaign Settings – the sub-section used to set campaign variables
- Campaign Expenses – a list of the expenses incurred on the campaign
- Campaign Postings – the sub-section which manages the process of posting the advert copy to internal or external media outlets
